SHIPPING POLICY
We offer shipping Australia wide, all items are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse after payment is confirmed.
The logistics information tracking number will be provided within one week, except for public holidays and prepaid products.
All shipping is set as Authorize to Leave (ATL). All products sold by us are covered by a 6 month warranty.
We require a postal address NOT a PO Box or Parcel Locker. Please ensure you provide a correct postal address and a daytime contact number or it may cause a delay in your shipment.
Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to.
RETURN POLICY
Item must be returned within
15 days after the buyer receives it
You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don't follow our item condition policy for returns item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.
If buyer just changes his mind or the product does not meet the seller's expectations, and the return is not due to product quality problems, he needs to pay 15% restore fee of the product price, and part of the postage.
